Process of curriculum development: The curriculum's relevance is ensured through a systematic annual review meeting where all teachers brainstorm and revise content and teaching methodology for each topic using collective wisdom. Each subject team in the curriculum committee prepares a systematic document of knowledge/skill sets and shares it with level-wise teams. Level-wise teams then select the appropriate skill sets. Based on feedback from these teams, the curriculum team develops course material for each knowledge/skill set. This process is followed every year to maintain a vibrant and relevant curriculum.
